Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Premier Boat and RV is a growing full service boat and RV company based in Langley. We provide servicing, mechanical, indoor and outdoor storage, detailing, transportation and sales. We pride ourselves in quality of service and caring for our clients like they are family.

Hiring Position: We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant. The pay range we’re offering is $20-27/hour including a benefits package.

We offer 2 weeks paid vacation a year and 1 week unpaid over Christmas. We also offer a health spending account for you and your spouse/partner.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient computer skills.
- Previous admin experience.
- Balancing books
- Be able to work alone and well with our team.
- Self motivated.
- Friendly and be able to deal with clients on the phone and in person.
- Valid BC Drivers licence with working vehicle.
- Be able to work Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer relations
- Creating work orders
- Turing work orders into invoices
- Billing customers
- Merchant services
- Answering phone calls
- Administer payroll
- Working with team and mechanics
- Ordering part and dealing with suppliers
- Bookkeeping
- Inventory management
- Filing

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
