Our growing company is looking for an upbeat, team player to start immediately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year office experience
- Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook
- Accurate data entry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail oriented and able to multi task
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to lift boxes up to 30lbs
- Experience with parts and/or machinery an asset
Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Creating & Tracking Purchase Orders
- Tracking Shipments
- Client Order Processing: Pulling & Packaging Parts Orders
- Parts Sourcing
- Local Order Pick Ups
- Miscellaneous Parts Administrative Duties as Required
$21.00-$23.00/hr (wage dependent on experience)
Benefits after 3 months (employer paid)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
