**Position Summary**:
**Salary**: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing, organizing and administration of the 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician TDA whilst meeting the standards set by Skilled Trades Ontario.
- Develop strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of our current training programs.
- Manage clerical tasks associated with program develpment.
- Analyze existing programs from other institutions to evaluate, and adapt and implement portions to fit our strategic plan.
- Create a financial plan for the organization, including funding requests, budget balancing, and identifying alternative revenue streams.
- Establish a strong foundation for the new 309A program and its operational requirements.
- Collaborate with IBEW Local 402 on administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or having achieved a degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as education, business administration, and/or
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus
- A passion for education and a commitment to lifelong learning
