**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented **Training Development Coordinator** to help us shape the future of electrical education in Northwestern Ontario. In this role, you’ll support the development and rollout of new training programs while helping to strengthen and evolve our current educational offerings.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in the skilled trades by contributing to the growth of a respected educational institution and helping meet the training needs of our region’s workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing, organizing, and administering curriculums in accordance with Skilled Trades Ontario requirements.
- Support the strategic development and continuous improvement of our training programs to ensure quality, efficiency, and relevance.
- Manage administrative and clerical tasks related to program development and implementation.
- Research and analyze programs offered by other institutions to help inform and enhance our own offerings.
- Create financial plans, including budget proposals, funding requests, and strategies to diversify revenue streams.
- Establish the operational foundation required for successful delivery of Electrical programing.
- Collaborate with IBEW Local 402 and other stakeholders on program planning and administrative functions.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or degree in education, business administration, or a related field (or working toward one).
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with budgeting and financial management is considered an asset.
- A passion for trades education and a belief in the value of lifelong learning.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
