Mandatory - Ability to pass an OPP background/ security investigation **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**: Data Analysis and Research - Ability to collect, research, analyze information in support of delivering a range of projects and programs within its unit. - Knowledge of data management, including integrity and the security of the data to evaluate and improve business processes within its unit. - Ability to research and prepare a range of reports on research findings. - Ability to identify and evaluate data, patterns and trends, synthesizing findings into actionable insights related to the Bureau's learning and organizational activities. Computer Skills - Demonstrated knowledge of HR information systems and data bases to access and analyze the data. - Demonstrated ability to gather or extract appropriate data for specific training-related purposes and prepare various reports.
