To facilitate our growth, we are currently seeking an experienced full-time **Production Lead** with proficiency in both sign and graphic production and installation that is looking for an exciting opportunity to be a business builder.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a **Production Lead**, you will be in charge of developing and executing the best plans and processes for delivering top-quality sign and graphic installs.

Managing external vendors and installers, plus inventory management is also part of this role's responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with highly developed technical skills, exceptionally organized, detail focused and an ability to plan and troubleshoot product fabrication and installation from the get-go to help avoid costly mistakes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team.
- Ensure production schedules are met and products are delivered on time.
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
- Operate and maintain various sign-making equipment, including large format printers, vinyl cutters, and CNC machines.
- Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sign shop or similar production environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in operating sign-making equipment and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSIGN, etc.).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a production environment.

Pay: $32.50-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
