Dental Administrator Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone, send insurance claims, must be knowledgeable to deal with dental insurance companies, be informative in detailed manner regarding dental insurances.
- Provide information about our dental office, such as office hours, services, and directions
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for patients
- Handle patients inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform general front desk duties, such as patient data entry, dental insurance information entry, booking and billing patients (TRACKER SOFTWARE PREFERRED)
- Follow all office policies and procedures
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with TRACKER Software dental program is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and using basic office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus
- Experience working in a dental office or similar environment is beneficial
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Basic clerical skills such as typing, filing, and record keeping

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
