**DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST

**POSITION AVAILABLE**: Dental Administrative Coordinator / RECEPTIONIST

We have an excellent training program in place and willing to train the right individual to help propel their career.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a dental business administrator or receptionist.
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent self-presentation skills.
- Exceptional telephone skills.
- Customer centric oriented.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Abledent preferred.
- Proficiency in Orthotrack preferred.
- The ability to work independently.
- Long-term commitment - A place to call “home”.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct new patient interviews.
- Present and thoroughly discuss treatment plans.
- Explain insurance benefits.
- Present and discuss fees and make financial arrangements.
- Follow up with accounts.
- Schedules patient appointments to meet daily and weekly practice goals, handle patient finances, maintains patient records, coordinates patient flow, correspond with government insurances.
- Directly contribute to the success and profitability of the office through effective treatment coordinating, account follow-up, appointment scheduling, accounts collections and outstanding patient service.
- Coordinate intra-office and inter-office schedules and appointments.
