**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- support clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Manage the office schedule, including bookings, collections and optimizing resources.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic dental records systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure adherence to dental standards and office protocols within the dental practice.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline operations in acute care settings as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dental office is required.
- Familiarity with Cleardent software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology is essential for effective communication within the team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
