Office Manager/bookkeeper

**Milin Environmental is looking for a permanent office manager to join our team in Simcoe, Ontario. For over 25 years we have been importing environmentally sustainable products from India, and distributing them throughout North America.**
**This is an in office position**
**Hours: 25 hours / week ( flexible )**
**Salary: $ 25 / hour**
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Manages office administration to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations
Manage and track paperwork for ocean freight
Accurately manage billings and accounts receivables using QuickBooks
Manage payroll and government remittances
Prepare year-end paperwork for accountant
**Required Skills**:
Experience with QuickBooks
Understanding of basic bookkeeping
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
