**FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR**

**The Irish Harp is looking for a new Front of House Supervisor to help lead our team. All applicants must express their interest to a member of the management team by Friday, Feb. 24th. Formal interviews will be conducted.**

**Role of Supervisor**
- In the position of supervisor, you report to the following Management Team Members and comply to any tasks delegated by the Manger on Duty
- Irish Harp Owner
- General Manager
- Assistant General Manager
- Floor Service Manager
- Head Chef
- Act in a courteous and friendly manner during all interactions with fellow team members and guests
- Be enthusiastic, professional, and hospitable
- Act as a leader and mentor during shift through leading, directing, supporting, educating and motivating team members while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Give the guest suggestions/recommendations for food & drinks based on their wants or needs
- Possess a sincere attitude to be of service to others with a desire to succeed
- Promote and embrace the Irish Harp’s core mission and values with focus on leading the pub into a successful future
- Comply to all Health and Safety measures put in place by the Ontario Heath Standards Act

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a high-paced environment
- Experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work a mix of day or evening shifts, weekdays/weekends
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time to continuously perform essential job functions
- Obtain an Ontario Food Handler and WHIMS certificate and continuously renew the certificate when required
- Multi-task between job, helping other stations in need when applicable
