Title of Position: Server/Supervisor

Job Description:

You will assist in FOH operations of the restaurant and provide a personalized guest experience. This includes all facets of Customer Service including hosting, bartending, serving and running food to tables. Your main role will to be serving your section and suggesting items that will enhance the guest experience. Wine and Cocktail knowledge are essential for this role. This is a great role if you are enthusiastic, enjoy a fast-paced environment and are experienced in the hospitality industry

The Role :

  • Serve your assigned section
  • Assist other team members by running food for servers, helping out team members in other sections and seating other tables
  • Practice floor awareness and clear/reset tables as required
  • Monitor and contribute to the sanitation and cleanliness of our venues
  • Bartend and make drinks when Bartenders are not on
  • Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
  • Keep an eye on the floor and anticipates the needs of guests and fellow team members
  • Create Positive Shareable Experiences
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be coachable
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Effectively communicate orally and in writing
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively during peak times
  • Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
  • Able to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights
