Job Description

We are seeking passionate and energetic servers to join our FOH team in delivering a consistent, fun dining experience. The ideal candidates will have passion for great service and are eager to learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a server, you will be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of the daily operations, including greeting and serving our guests.
  • Help to ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures.
  • Support FOH team members, providing support to ensure efficient operations of the guests dining experience.
  • Help to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist the FOH team in organizing and maintaining a clean station, including the dining room.
  • Responsible for carrying their own tips and floats as per company procedures.
  • Responsible for monitoring stock movement and inventory levels, and for promptly notifying management when stock is running low.
  • Responsible for opening and closing duties as per company procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a server.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a server is required.
  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience:

  • A minimum of two years as a server.

Licence/Certification:

  • Smart Serve (required)
