**TYPICAL DUTIES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**:

- Manage customer accounts.
- Update and ensure customer database integrity.
- Action customer technical publication orders.
- Coordinate the accurate and timely distribution of technical publications to customers.
- Be responsible for accurate and on-time customer invoicing.
- Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by developing and implementing enhancements based on lean manufacturing concepts.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE**:

- A College degree in Administration or equivalent or 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven front-line Customer Service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Able to maintain solid relationships with external vendors and ensure work is completed according to company schedules and standards.
- Write and speak fluently in English (a requirement due to an international customer base).
- Experience with SAP, publishing, or distribution would be an asset.
