We are currently looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for Human Care Canada for our Ottawa office. Your primary responsibilities will be providing quality service to our dealer network with order intake and product inquiries. We are looking for someone to start immediately.

What you’ll do
- Respond to all caller inquiries with efficiency and appropriate urgency.
- Classify all documents and prepares orders for processing.
- Investigate and follows up on errors/discrepancies in products ordered.
- Perform quality assurance of data, files and correspondence.
- Provide support for other departments within our organization on a as needed basis.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years’ experience providing customer service, preferably in a medical device office or showroom would be an asset.
- Must have an aptitude for providing successful customer interactions and an ability to show emotional intelligence, calmness, using proper telephone etiquette and active listening skills.

Technical Skills:

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to learn and work with internal database systems.

- An ability to prioritize, multi-task and deal with competing priorities
- Good personal organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Bilingualism an asset - (English /French)

Salary will be based upon experience

**Salary**: $15.50-$23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nepean, ON K2E 7K1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nepean, ON K2E 7K1
