Position Summary

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to become the heartbeat of our daily operations. You’ll be the main point of contact for both customers and our field technicians, managing schedules, dispatching calls, and ensuring service excellence every step of the way. This is not a passive desk job — we want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems in real time, and brings energy to every conversation.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central dispatcher for all incoming service requests
- Schedule and coordinate technician routes efficiently
- Serve as the primary point of communication between customers and technicians
- Follow up with customers on service timelines and satisfaction
- Maintain and update work orders and dispatch software
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, estimates, and service tracking

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a customer service coordination role (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly phone presence
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfort with technology — we use dispatch and scheduling software daily
- A team-first attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Bonus: knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or commercial kitchen service industry

Work Hours
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Core hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (some flexibility may be required)

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
