**Responsibilities**:

- Get to know our customers to find them the perfect frames
- Greet every customer and explain the BonLook concept, brand, vision and products
- Be able to read an optical prescription and understand our customer’s needs
- Create customer profiles and orders, and use all tools provided to create customer connections
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming, well-loved store environment
- Create a genuine and memorable connection with each customer
- Meet sales goals
- Receive and transfer merchandise as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Flexible availabilities (day, evening and week-end required)
- Team spirit and ability to work in a collaborative workplace
- Ability to assist customers while ensuring the store is in order
- Love for fashion and people
- Willingness to offer sincere and personalized customer service
- Minimum 1 years in sales or relative experience
- Can adapt easily to a changing environment
- Be creative and energetic in the approach with the team and customers

Work conditions
- Permanent full-time and permanent part-time position
- Must be available days, evenings and weekends
