The Human Resources department at _Dyna_**_LIFE_**_Dx_** is a dynamic team that supports the organization in the areas of Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Disability Management, and Payroll & Benefits. We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual who will be able to provide administrative support to the various areas of our team.

**Major Functions and Responsibilities**
- Provide customer service support to internal and external clients
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to:

- maintenance of various tracking databases
- scanning
- document filing and maintenance
- report production
- letter preparation
- development of communication materials
- document preparation
- scheduling appointments, meetings and interviews
- Handle daily correspondence and maintain effective follow-up system
- Support employee programs which may include facilitation of various sessions and employee events

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to keep confidential information safe and secure
- Ability to prioritize multiple conflicting demands
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service focus
- Ability to work effectively with a high level of ambiguity
- Ability to anticipate needs

Required Experience
- 1-3 years experience in administrative assistant role is required
- Previous experience providing administrative support within a Human Resources department is an asset

**Minimum Qualifications**
- High School Diploma is required
- Business Administrative certificate or diploma would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Software
- Knowledge of and ability to operate and maintain typical office equipment

**Other Information**
