EIS (Edmonton Integrated Services Ltd) is hiring for the fulltime **Human Resources Administrator** to join the Agency’s Human Resources team. If you have about 2 years’ direct experience supporting Human Resources operations and have exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for developing relationships in a diverse environment, you may be who we’re looking for.

The Human Resources Administrator will primarily be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager with the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources department while primarily focusing on assisting Agency Leadership with employee relations, recruitment processes, and maintaining compliance by ensuring accurate, up to date employee records in the HRIS system.

**Duties**:

- Maintain accurate Human Resources information and up-to-date employee records.
- Assisting with creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and/or social media platforms.
- Participate with employee orientation/onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Drafting memoranda, correspondence, policies, reports, job descriptions, and other employment documentation.
- Advise employees and managers on the interpretation of human resources and/or Agency policies and procedures.
- Review human resources related documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance to business processes.
- Provide support to Agency Leadership in disciplinary and termination processes.

**Qualifications**:

- About 2 years’ direct experience with day - to - day Human Resources administration & support tasks.
- Knowledge and general understanding of industry best practices, Alberta Employment Standards, and Human Rights Regulations.
- Some post-secondary education in Human Resources considered an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with keen awareness of social and cultural diversity in the workplace.
- Strong sense and understanding of ethical practices and upholding confidentiality in all interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness and ability to provide satisfactory criminal record check.
- Supporting HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and change management efforts.

- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as iCIMS, ADP, and PeopleSoft.
- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Familiarity with human resources management principles and best practices.

- Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of change management principles to support organizational initiatives.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
