**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:

- Help keep track of and manage our office supplies inventory.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Maintain organized records for inventory and purchases.
- Contribute to keeping the office environment clean, safe, and welcoming.

**Bookkeeping and Accounting Support**:

- Assist our accounting team with data entry tasks, including processing invoices and expenses.
- Help reconcile accounts and ensure records are accurate.
- Prepare and assist with financial reports as needed.

**General Office Duties**:

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- An Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar role is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
