The **Technical Support Level 1 & 2 **will report directly to the Manager, IT Infrastructure & Technical Support and will be** **the first contact with users in need of technical assistance.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Providing technical support to a warehouse environment (printers, computers, networking);
- Provide first level support for end-user problems/issues;
- Provide technical assistance, installation and support of PC hardware/software systems;
- Ensure all demonstrations and instructional equipment are functioning correctly;
- Maintain networking devices such as servers, routers, printers, etc.;
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware/software, printers, and network-related problems;
- Develop and maintain IT service documents;
- Update and maintain inventory of hardware and software components;
- And all other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant degree in the field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience;
- Fluently Bilingual in French and English;
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
- Experience with using ticketing systems and a remote access support tool;
- Experience with desktop, laptop, network hardware and peripherals;
- Understanding of networking;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment and able to work under pressure;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of independent judgment and multitasking;
- Customer service ease and Sense of priorities;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may require evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
