The **IT Support Technician **will contribute to the team’s success by:

- Preparing office equipment (laptops, workstations, cell phones)
- Participating in the deployment of the new infrastructure
- Monitoring backups
- Providing on-site troubleshooting (office problems, network, etc.)
- Performing and monitoring backups, restores, and disaster recovery tests.
- Contributing to the development of IT procedures.

- You have a diploma in computer science, preferred network management profile
- You have excellent problem-solving skills
- You show great attention to detail, and you are self-starter but you also work well in a team environment
- You have the flexibility and availability to provide IT support outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- You are bi-lingual (French and English)
