We are currently seeking a **IT Support Technician** for a full-time, permanent role in Laval, QC.

The **IT Technician** is responsible for providing single point of ownership for IT customer issues.

**Note**: Must be fluent in French and English

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user devices and related hardware and software in order to deliver required service levels.
- Support to major roll-out projects of Windows 10 and Office 365 2016 upgrades, annual PC hardware refresh and a Local Area Network refresh.
- Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as needed.
- Develops and maintains an inventory of all site assets, hardware and software and insures they are properly updated in Asset Management and Configuration Management processes.
- If necessary, liaise with third-party support and equipment vendors for site specific support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, or regional equivalent education required, preferably in a related discipline, such as Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or Business or 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 5-7 years in related IT business, business process improvement or business analyst work; manufacturing industries (automotive, aerospace, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with Dell hardware, Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Symantec Antivirus, Skype for Business, Checkpoint Remote Access, connecting devices to Wi-Fi, working with Help Desk software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
