**Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new SMB clients through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, nurturing relationships to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, presenting compelling proposals that highlight the value of our technology solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness within the SMB sector.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments by analyzing client requirements and providing tailored product demonstrations or technical sales presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or software sales environments.
- Strong Knowledge of the Telus SMB products & services would be a huge asset.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability in business development through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales processes.
- Ability to analyze market data and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate team members and influence stakeholders positively.
