**Job Overview**
We are seeking highly focused, motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join **CPVM Wireless Business**, targeting s**mall and medium-sized enterprises in the Ontario region and beyond.**
**Duties**
- **Prospecting & Sales**: Identify, sell, and service data and voice solutions to small and medium businesses.
- **Revenue Generation**: Achieve sales revenue through telemarketing and cold calling.
- Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and activity metrics.
- **Client Representation**: Act as a trusted partner for local business owners, fostering strong relationships.
- **Needs Analysis**: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.
- **Cross-Selling Strategies**: Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and negotiate contracts, close agreements, and maintain accurate sales proposal records.
- **Account Management**: Address and resolve account disputes effectively.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competition to refine sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Regularly prepare and submit sales performance reports.
- **Feedback Loop**: Provide insights and suggestions to management for product and service enhancements.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and stay updated on trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong skills in cold calling and business prospecting.
- Proven experience in face-to-face customer interactions, with effective presentation and meeting management abilities.
- B2B sales experience, particularly in telecommunications or related fields.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities to meet targets.
- High interpersonal skills and account management capabilities.
- Superior negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Wireless/Telecommunications experience is essential.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
