Position: Commission-Only Sales RepresentativeResponsibilities:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients, focusing on the luxury market through research, networking, and outreach.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs and offering tailored construction solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our high-quality projects.
- **Negotiation**: Effectively negotiate contracts and terms to close deals.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress towards sales targets.
Qualifications:
- **Experience**: Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction industry or a related field. Experience in the luxury market is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent relationship-building skills.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Demonstrated ability to close deals successfully.
- **Construction Knowledge**: Understanding of construction processes and terminology.
