**Summary**

The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of the Shipping/Receiving and Stores requirements.

**Responsibility**

**Shipping**:

- Preparation for shipping - part sales as well as Equipment Sales package/crate and label all items to be shipped, Assist in the processing of all required customs documentation for International Shipments, prepare complete set of shipping documents.
- Assist in the preparation for shipping - equipment (advance layout of number of trucks and containers) documentation.
- Assist with documents - Shipping dangerous goods and ensuring all required paperwork is processed (MSDS sheets, labels, etc.).
- Co-ordination of traffic trace shipments, arrange transport (book Trucks from Approved Suppliers) for equipment and part sales shipments, arrange courier shipments
- Review and reconcile freight out invoices.

**Receiving**:

- Receive all incoming shipments inspect all shipments to ensure quantity and quality are as per specification, process packing slips, record all purchase orders received.

**Stores/Warehouse**:

- Attend to Parts counter, fill orders (per blue sheets) as required.
- Pull inventory parts as required from bills of materials, workorders, etc.
- Put away received stock to proper location in warehouse.
- Perform stock checks and record discrepancies.
- Assist with cycle counts each month.
- Upkeep and organize stock room.

**Qualification & Experience**

**Education**: High school graduate. Related certificate in Logistics as asset.

**Experience**: 2-3 years experience shipping. 1-2 years experience working in a manufacturing environment. Warehouse & inventory experience an asset.

**Skills**: Valid forklift license. Strong aptitude for working with numbers and details. Basic computer skills - Update Data, Excel, Word. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong ability to take initiative/proactive skills, must be adaptable/flexible. Results oriented, cooperative team player.

**Other**: Knowledge of customs and export regulations (US & Overseas). Familiar with Incoterms. Ability to operate Small Tools, Pallet Trucks Electric and Manual, Overhead Crane and Walkie.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
