**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage warehouse distribution operations, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods.
- Coordinate with clients for inbound and outbound shipments
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize dispatch and routing every day
- Oversee daily operations of deliveries, ensuring timely deliveries and communication with drivers
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in materials management and warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or related fields such as warehouse management, dispatching or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Ability to make decisions under high pressure circumstances.
- Knowledge of freight logistics, shipping & receiving processes, and order fulfillment best practices.
- Proven track record in client communications in previous roles such as sales or customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
