Our company is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
- Following up with customers/vendors regarding invoices, receipts, POs, etc.
- Data entry such as receipts, invoices, customer, supplier, and item information, etc.
- Manage inventory, records on incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Answering phone calls and responding to and/or redirecting as required.
- Keeping everything organized in google drive/filing cabinet.
- Other applicable administrative duties.

**Qualifications**:

- **1 year minimum experience in an administrative role**:

- Knowledge of QuickBooks (Training will be provided/willing to learn).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Capability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NORTH VANCOUVER, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
