As Marketing Automation Specialist, you will enable our clients’ marketing efforts using tools, systems, and technology. You will work with a team to maintain and govern the use of existing marketing systems, as well as take on the responsibility for designing, developing, supporting, and refining new marketing solutions. You will ensure our systems are reliable and usable to drive operational excellence. You will work closely with our clients, overseeing their technology strategy in order to meet their business requirements. You will drive our clients’ marketing technology investments, having a great impact on the growth of these companies. As Marketing Automation Specialist, you will ensure compliance with legal requirements and increase user efficiency through our clients’ systems.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage existing marketing technology, including marketing automation systems, integration to SFDC, advertising technologies, etc.
- Ensure marketing systems, data use, and data storage are compliant with the latest government regulations and company policies
- Run regular reviews of marketing systems and marketing campaign performance in order to identify and suggest areas for improvement
- Contribute to campaign and reporting architecture to accurately measure success of marketing initiatives and showcase value of marketing efforts
- Develop and strategize new marketing campaigns
- Define, coordinate, and configure technology
- Create assets within marketing tech stack using template editors (HTML not required)
- Help build and maintain a library of training materials and documentation around the use of marketing technology

**Qualifications**:

- A true curiosity and passion for marketing technology, data, and process
- Hands-on expertise managing marketing technologies, systems, and platforms
- Experience using Marketo, Conga, and Sendgrid is an asset
- Passion and ability to learn new technology platforms quickly and pro-actively
- Experience in handling multiple projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Well-versed in modern digital marketing practices and ability to assess and evaluate marketing technology capabilities
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and/or Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, and/or relevant work

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
