**About the Opportunity**

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for both leading projects and supporting the Marketing Managers in developing ongoing marketing strategies and establishing key goals for our real estate development clients. Ensuring they are maintaining current on development trends in the markets rennie serves, the Marketing Project Specialist plays a vital role in delivering project leading engaging project launches.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- External and Internal Client Relations:

- Creating, retaining, and growing strong client relationships to best understand and guide marketing strategies
- Leading and managing project coordinators in execution of projects
- Negotiating contracts for suppliers and vendors including agencies and media outlets in support of marketing project collateral
- Working directly with clients, suppliers, vendors, and consultants in development layout and execution of all marketing collateral
- Marketing Project Management + Coordination:

- Designing campaign from concept to finish and executing delivery in all aspects of a new development launches
- Developing and continuously reviewing critical paths for all aspects of execution of the project
- Analytic reporting, documentation, and summarization on a regular basis to client and executive team
- Supporting Project Managers, on identified projects, in campaign design and delivery in all aspects of a new development launch
- Writing, proofreading and layout of copy
- Overseeing production, layout, and distribution of eblasts
- Organizing advertising with media partners, developing ad copy, and trafficking of ads
- Creating and curating content for social media platforms
- Ensuring rennie brand standards are adhered to across all marketing collateral
- Managing, organizing, and archiving project files
- Planning for new sales centre launches, media, and realtor events
- Market Intelligence Research:

- Analyzing competing developments and industry campaigns
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Leadership

**Desired Skills/Experience**:

- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, real estate or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in marketing, or real estate related field
- Exceptional, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to maintain composure and an action-oriented attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills particularly in Mandarin and Cantonese preferred
- Proven experience in creating and delivering successful creative and strategic marketing project plans and concepts
- Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Adobe Acrobat and in CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player: ability to work independently and effectively with peers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

- Willingness to travel to different project sites
- Vehicle or reliable transportation required
