**Office Manager**

NovaGroup is looking for an office manager to join our team.

**Main duties**
- Reception duties including greeting guests, answering calls, transferring calls to the right manager and general upkeep of reception area, meeting rooms and boardrooms
- Assist with purchasing, communicate with vendors and other team members regarding all deliverables
- Updating the online system with new products and stock items
- Communicating with the logistic person on all the shipments, update the system with the status of the order
- Maintaining inventory of shipping supplies
- Identify office needs and order supplies accordingly
- Collaborate with other Office Administrators to maintain day to day efficiency
- Other administrative processes as deemed necessary to support Office Administration

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a comprehensive team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow up with vendors to ensure lead times are met
- Positive attitude with a willingness to succeed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
