Energetic individual for the front office reception. The work includes Bookkeeping, HR, Payroll and general office work

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Accounting & Bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online
- Managing payroll and other HR related activities
- Oversee partner relationships: coffee suppliers, office supplies, cleaners, Shred-It, courier services, catering services, property management
- Lead office moves and oversee any office-space reconfigurations
- Contribute to organizing internal events
- Lead Health and Safety compliance and initiatives
- Manage petty cash, including reconciliations
- Ensure all spaces are clean, comfortable and organized
- Manage meeting set-up and take-down, new hire desk clean-up and set-up.
- Assist with running office errands such as driving to Costco or Ikea
- Participate in office open/close procedures and walk-arounds
- Manage Reception Desk
- Order supplies and monitor utilization

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Should have 4-6 years of experience in both operations and administration support to the management
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of performing in fast paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is required
- Client focused and customer oriented approach is required
- Undergraduate degree preferred, alternatively, a combination of education and work experience
- Strong organizational skills and able to multitask and work independently

**Physical requirements**:

- Walking around the office numerous times daily, including taking stairs between 2 separate floors (no elevator in the office)
- Lifting and carrying supplies such as paper boxes, milk crates or food trays
- Sitting at the desk for several hours at a time

**Education and Certifications**

Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
