**Qualifications**

**Principle Responsibilities**:

- Ability to research, create and execute sales plans that will achieve growth and market share.
- Develop strong relationships with targeted retail, commercial and industrial prospects and customers.
- Focus on growing and managing existing end-user customers while driving new business.
- Ability to establish a deep understanding of customers’ business needs and develop compelling solutions.
- Develop customer centric project solutions with strong focus on LED products and Advanced Controls.
- Align targeted customers and prospects with our value-add programs that will demonstrate Ease of Doing Business.
- Gather customer needs, VOC and CTQs and communicate to Current Lighting management.
- Be competent in creating proposals and using our value proposition to differentiate and compete.
- Develop and execute strategies aligning the various Current Lighting products, capabilities, services, channels, etc.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal support organizations.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without current or future company sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent.
- A minimum 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related positions in lighting and controls industry.
- A minimum 10 years of sales experience in national accounts, key accounts or strategic accounts market.
- Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time

**Required Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience with C-level sales in retail, commercial and/or industrial market is **required**.
- Experience in the strategic account, key account or national account marketplace is **required**.
- Knowledge and working experience with the lighting agency-distribution ecosystem is **required**.
- Advanced controls knowledge and expertise is **required**

**Position Criteria**:

- Self-starter, good attention to details, follow-up and execution.
- Solid presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate to customers
- Must be organized and able to track multiple programs simultaneously
- Keen relational development skills to develop and grow relationships with C-level stakeholders in the retail, commercial and industrial markets.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Développer des solutions de projet centrées sur le client, avec une forte priorité sur les produits LED et les contrôles avancés.
- Aligner les clients et prospects ciblés avec nos programmes à valeur ajoutée, démontrant ainsi la simplicité et l'efficacité de travailler avec nous.
- Recueillir les besoins des clients, les retours d'expérience (VOC) et les exigences critiques (CTQ), et les communiquer à la direction de Current Lighting.
- Être capable de créer des propositions et utiliser notre proposition de valeur pour se différencier de la concurrence.
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies alignant les différents produits, capacités, services et canaux de Current Lighting.
- Agir comme l'interface clé entre le client et toutes les équipes de support internes concernées.

**Qualifications de base**:

- Autorisation légale de travailler au Canada sans parrainage actuel ou futur de l'entreprise.
- Diplôme universitaire d'une institution accréditée ou équivalent.
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en vente, marketing ou dans des postes similaires dans l'industrie de l'éclairage et des contrôles.
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en vente dans le cadre de comptes nationaux, comptes clés ou comptes stratégiques.
- Disponibilité pour voyager au moins 50 % du temps.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Expérience avérée dans la vente auprès de dirigeants de niveau C dans les secteurs du détail, commercial et/ou industriel.
- Expérience dans le marché des comptes stratégiques, comptes clés ou comptes nationaux requise.
- Connaissance et expérience de l'écosystème des agences et de la distribution dans le secteur de l'éclairage requises.
- Expertise et connaissance approfondie des systèmes de contrôle avancés.
