Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Gestionnaire de comptes majeurs dynamique et axé(e) sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion chez Pixie Woo — une marque de beauté en forte croissance, fièrement fabriquée au Québec et distribuée à travers l'Amérique du Nord.

Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de gérer et de développer les relations avec nos partenaires clés (détaillants et distributeurs), en veillant à répondre à leurs besoins tout en stimulant la croissance de l'entreprise.

Ton expertise en ventes B2B, en négociation et en gestion de comptes te permettra de créer des stratégies qui renforcent la satisfaction client, la fidélisation et la présence de la marque sur le marché.

Responsabilités

  • Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les comptes clés, en agissant comme principal point de contact.
  • Identifier les opportunités de croissance et de positionnement de nouveaux produits au sein des comptes existants.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes marketing et logistique afin de créer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients et alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Analyser la performance des comptes et les tendances du marché pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.
  • Utiliser Salesforce (ou un CRM équivalent) pour suivre les activités, gérer le pipeline et produire des rapports de performance.
  • Mener les négociations et conclure des ententes bénéfiques à long terme.
  • Fournir leadership et soutien aux équipes internes pour assurer une exécution fluide et une satisfaction optimale des clients.
  • Communiquer proactivement avec les clients concernant les lancements, les mises à jour de produits et les changements de service.

Exigences

  • Expérience démontrée en ventes B2B ou en gestion de comptes, idéalement dans le domaine de la beauté, du bien-être ou des produits de consommation.
  • Solides compétences en négociation et en communication, avec un historique de partenariats fructueux.
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à interpréter les données de ventes pour identifier des opportunités.
  • Bonne compréhension des principes marketing et des stratégies de vente au détail.
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM tels que Salesforce, HubSpot ou équivalents.
  • Leadership collaboratif et passion pour la réussite client.
  • Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est un atout .

Job Overview

  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service changes, and any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and their application in a business context.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management.
