As a **Buyer’s Agent**, you’ll guide clients through one of life’s biggest milestones—purchasing a home. You’ll work closely with buyers, learn their needs, and support them from first consultation to final closing.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with new leads and follow up consistently
- Conduct buyer consultations to uncover goals and preferences
- Schedule and host showings and open houses
- Draft and present competitive offers
- Support clients through inspections, financing, and closing
- Stay informed on local market trends and property values

**Compensation**:
$75,000 - $250,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate the property sale between the buyer and the seller to achieve the desired results

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with the area's real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a valid Ontario Real Estate License
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of sales success
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license and can travel by car
