**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Prospect through innovative lead generation tools and leverage existing opportunities
- Convert incoming leads
- Manage and nurture all leads through our CRM
- Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments
- Host weekly open houses in-person to establish new lead opportunities
- Execute daily follow up with leads, and provide detailed reports to our operations team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team marketing through a strong social media presence

**We expect all of our agents to**:

- Conduct all business with the highest of ethical and professional standards
- Execute a high level of integrity and trust with both internal and external customers, including fellow agents
- Maintain updated knowledge of neighbourhoods within the GTA and surrounding areas

**Qualifications**:

- A valid real estate license (with RECO) in good standing
- A valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of previous real estate experience

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
