Powell Litigation is a boutique litigation firm that assists individuals and small to medium-sized businesses with a host of interesting litigation matters, including real estate disputes, business disputes, defamation, and debt collection. - **What We Are Looking For**_ The right person will be friendly, professional, and an excellent listener. They will be a "people" person and enjoy talking with clients and prospective clients on the phone. They will also be a hard worker, a good writer, and the sort of self-starter that doesn’t require supervision to do a great job. Individuals interested in attending law school in the future are an especially good fit. - **What Your Day to Day Would Look Like**_ You will be on the front lines, so-to-speak, and will hear people's most pressing legal problems as they call us to see how we can help. You would be responsible for answering calls from current and prospective clients, conducting conflict checks, scheduling initial consultations, and acting as a general point of contact between employees, clients, and various third parties. You would also assist with various administrative tasks. - **What We Are Not Looking For**_ If your ideal workday includes surfing Facebook or watching sports, we won’t be a good fit and the relationship will come to a speedy close. It’s nothing personal, but we only hire top performers at Powell Litigation.
