Toronto, Canada Adesse Legal Services Full time

A boutique Paralegal firm specializing in Motor Vehicle/Accident Benefits claims is currently seeking a legal assistant/receptionist. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working in a legal setting.
- Professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and literacy skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to multitask (you will sometimes be required to attend to various tasks at once)
- One year experience working in a legal office or an office environment

You will be:

- Answering phones
- Drafting correspondence
- Completing relevant forms
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Communicating with various organizations (police services, doctors, lawyers, etc)
- Assisting other staff with various tasks

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
