**Job Title - Account Executive/Sales Executive**
Job Type - Full-Time
Location - Markham, Ontario
*Base + Commission/Bonus*
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify growth and expansion areas with existing accounts;
- Own the overall relationship with assigned customers, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, and high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services;
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them;
- Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals;
- Identify new potential clients and the strategy to approach and obtain business with clients;
- Meet with clients and determine clients’ business needs and goals;
- Develop and present tailored solutions to clients;
- Prepare presentations and reports to introduce products and its market advantage;
- Responsible in supporting sales team to increase revenue and meet sales targets;
- Collaborate with other departments to determine pricing and contract terms and draft contracts;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- College and/or university degree in business or related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience;
- Sales experience in both Canada and US market an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal skills - develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients;
- Ability to analyze and evaluate results; determine creative and strategic approaches in winning business opportunities;
- Strong communication in written and verbal, negotiation and decision making skills;
- Qualified to work under sales target pressure;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
