Reporting to the Manager, Logistics, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating the replenishment of Finished Goods to off-site warehouses and ensuring that customer satisfaction is met and data integrity is maintained. In this dynamic role, you will also support the Supply Chain and Logistics department by expediting the flow of raw materials and other supporting activities. **Skills & Requirements**: - Post-Secondary degree in business, logistics, or related field - Proficient communication skills with oversea customers - MS office efficiency, tech savvy, and professional working habit - Strong writing skills in both English and Mandarin - Working knowledge of process improvement and supporting methodologies - The positive "Can-do" attitude and strong attention to detail - Able to handle pressure and strong problem solving skills - Experience in logistics, international trading, would be an asset. **Critical outcomes of this role include**: - Moving inventory based on demand for specific international customers (in regions of HK, China, and other Asian Pacific areas); - Analyzing inventory history, trends, promotions, and other business requirements to identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels; - Processing purchase order receipts for co-packers (hot oatmeal, puffed cereal, crunchy granola bars, etc.); - Liaising with Finance with regards to reconciling finished goods and raw materials inventory; - Communicating with external warehouses with work order to do product inspection as well as does product inspection in person, communicate with warehouse, shipping agent on damages, lost inventory, etc; - Previous experience working in International Freight is essential, - Proficient with using computers, specifically the MS Office Suite, you must have demonstrated familiarity with warehouse operations; - Produce export paper work including export declaration (B13), packing list, Certificate of Origin, etc - Translating documents from supplier into Chinese; - Coordinate between Warehouse, Shipping Agent, and Consignee to ensure all inbound shipment successfully arrive at our warehouse and all outbound shipment are safely delivered to our clients; Above all, you will be a highly organized team player with exceptional communication skills and high attention to details.
