**Job description**
**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
Issuing and managing purchase orders on a companywide level
- communicating, negotiating, and following up with venders
- maintaining list of preferred vendors
- tracking and reconciling documents for over-sea manufacturing and container shipping
- inventory control, cataloging items, pricing updates, cost coding
- reconciling and preparing documents for Accounts Payable department
- updating stock in inventory software: Avontus - Quantify
Administering Speed Fan business
- setting up new jobs
- posting equipment and labour tickets
- monthly invoicing
- collections
- job close out
- reconciling employee time cards
Order Management Administrator
- communicating with job sites and third-party customers with respect to equipment orders, shipments, and returns
- producing and entering shipping/receiving documentation using Quantify
- administering sub-rented equipment - Peri, Aluma, etc.
- quantifying reports for material usage (consumables including plywood and lumber)
- assessing return damage reports and finalize damage costs
- responsible for line-by-line comparison of returns
- identify and advise discrepancies between job sites and yard to Shipping and Yard Manager
- assist in quarterly and yearly inventory counts
- tracking rentals of serialized items and location of materials onsite
- tracking/reviewing annual inspection requirements for rentable material
- additional duties as requested by Senior Management
**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related position - preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Excel
- Strong knowledge of an accounting system - preferably Jonas
- Strong knowledge of equipment software - preferably Quantify
- Strong written, organizational and communicational skills
- Strong mathematical and or accounting skills
**EDUCATION**
- Post-secondary and or relevant working experience/knowledge
