- Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Manage phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office.
- Assist in budgeting processes, tracking expenses, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage a team effectively while promoting collaboration.
- Experience with payroll systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
