Currently we are looking for a full-time Case Processing Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a motivated, confident, and reliable person with the right attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that the processes are current and appropriate documents are being used.
- Checking for updates on processing requirements and timelines at the appropriate government organizations.
- Assisting and representing clients at port of entry for entering Canada
- Organize and maintain files for all immigration matters.
- Communicate effectively with government authorities on client files.
- Analyzing and leading complex situations, assisting the clients.
- Tracking each case status on regular basis and provide updates to parties involved
- Keeping cases organized by establishing and organizing files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, documenting actions, inputting information into file database and CRM software
- Updating and maintaining internal CRM and databases daily to ensure that all communication records are available and organized.
- Undertake other responsibilities as necessary.

**Required Skill & Abilities**
- Professional English is required
- Excellent analytical, research, verbal, and written communication skills
- Passionate about the immigration field
- Previous experience working with the Immigration Industry is required
- Organized with strong prioritization skills

**Qualifications**:

- Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant(RCIC) preferred but not mandatory
- Oral and Written English fluency is a must.
- Proficiency in other languages is an asset but not required.
- Complete understanding of Canadian Immigration programs is required.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of Direct work experience in an Immigration Company is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
