About the Role We are seeking a professional and client-focused Immigration Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with more than 300 active business accounts that partner with Prosper Immigration. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, and people skills ensuring every business partner receives timely updates, accurate information, and excellent service. This position is well-suited for a motivated professional who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating immigration solutions, and contributing to Prosper’s mission of connecting skilled talent with Canadian employers. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with over 300 business partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact for employer accounts, providing timely updates and professional communication. Manage expectations, and ensure alignment with company standards and immigration policies. Collaborate closely with the immigration team to coordinate case assignments, progress updates, and deliverables. Ensure business partners understand immigration processes, timelines, and requirements clearly. Track account activities and prepare periodic reports on partner engagement and outcomes. Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and contribute to company growth. Qualifications Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage business relationships effectively. Client management experience in a professional or service-oriented environment. Baccalaureate degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Strong understanding of immigration or recruitment processes (asset).
