Job Title: Immigration Consultant

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Present immigration options and strategies to clients
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in managing client cases efficiently
- Utilize SharePoint and other tools for streamlined document management
- Exhibit excellent time management to meet deadlines effectively
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and case tracking
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proficient in Outlook for communication and scheduling

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or similar role
- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Bilingual proficiency in [Languages] is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in SharePoint or similar document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to computerize processes for efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for communication purposes
