We are a property management company in Ottawa, looking to hire a Commercial Property Administrator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
This position will offer support that will differ day by day. The following are tasks that exemplify the diversity of this entry level position.
- Provide support to the accounting department as needed.
- Meticulous organization of ongoing files, contracts, reports, and tenant requests.
- Process tenant requests in collaboration with the Commercial Manager and team
- Process and authorize work completion documents to effect payables.
- Provide periodic updates to Commercial Manager regarding status of ongoing projects or contracts.
- Accurately prepare quotes for tenant review, coordinate with contractor to initiate and complete work, draft invoices
- Ensure tenants receive reports, documents, and certificates as prescribed by the lease.
- Assist in digitizing files.
- Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality.
- Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees
- Ensure that all work performed is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion.
- Work effectively without supervision

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding of basic accounting functions: quotes, invoices, purchase orders
- Well-spoken, friendly, and articulate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post Secondary or experience in the field

**Salary Range**: $50,000 - $60,000

**Hours**:8AM to 4PM (Monday to Friday)

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
