Hardhat Reno Guys has an exciting opportunity for a talented and energetic Project Management Assistants / Project Coordinators to support our site teams.
**The opportunity**
- Play a key role through all phases of our renovations projects, from tender through construction and close-out.
- Proactively coordinate project processes and documents, such as project setup, drawings, time sheets, material requests, site support
- Conduct site visits to report project status to dedicated PM
- Provide project accounting support - assist with approvals for AP processing and client invoicing, budgets & estimates
- Organize the project closeout documentation, including; warranties, drawings, manuals, permits etc.
- Track and communicate regularly with key stakeholders regarding project status and milestones
- Provide top-notch service to clients, suppliers and other stakeholders by responding professionally and with a sense of urgency
- Coordinate and deliver site materials to various job locations
**Skills & Experience**
- Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering diploma or degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Ability to read and understand construction-related drawings/documents - architectural, structural, M&E
- Proactively identify problems/issues and develop effective solutions
- Confidence and professionalism to communicate effectively with clients, designers, subcontractors and peers
- Self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative and work in a fast-paced environment, handling competing demands
- Highly organized and a stickler for detail
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision/direction as well as part of a team, sharing information with others
- G driver's license is a must.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: $37,728.54-$55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Project management: 2 years (preferred)
