**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong communication, sales, and estimation skills to join our team as a Client Relations and Sales Coordinator. Based in one of Vancouver's greenest offices, you will play a pivotal role in engaging directly with clients and collaborating closely with our Design and Project Management teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist in driving sales by preparing quotations, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- **Project Coordination**: Estimate project costs, conduct site visits and consultations, and liaise effectively with internal teams to ensure project success.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain accurate records, coordinate with vendors, and prepare necessary information for the design team.

**Requirements**:
Before applying, ensure you meet the following criteria:

- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or possess a valid work permit.
- Background in landscaping or horticulture.
- Valid driver's license.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bilingual in English/French.
- Previous management experience.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will:

- Handle project estimation and sales processes.
- Cultivate client relationships and conduct follow-ups.
- Coordinate consultations and maintain vendor relationships.
- Assist with occasional plant maintenance and installations.
