Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee all aspects of our landscaping, construction and renovation projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies and determine product availability and terms of sales, best prices and negotiate the best deals
- Place orders of supplies, materials and equipment
- When required, drive company vehicle to our suppliers
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- When required, lift and load materials in the vehicle, up to 50lbs
- Coordinate drivers, transportation and logistics
- Manage inventory of tools and equipment
- Assist with procurement of tools, equipment, rentals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or related roles (Estimator, Site Supervisor)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of construction industry standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid Driver’s License in Ontario (G2 or G)
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
